BAM Special Private Yoga

Janie Ganga Fronek, ‘97 AM ‘99

Janie Ganga has taught many Brown Alumni and staff, and some Brown students over the years. She would LOVE to help people who already know how to use their mind to also:

  • learn how to train their brain to relax,

  • stretch and strengthen their bodies,

  • and apply the ancient teachings of yoga to their modern lives.

Janie Ganga has been practicing the Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga (I AM Yoga) since 2001 and teaching in studios and senior centers since 2013. Janie Ganga says: “My passion is making yoga and its perspective more accessible for all! People of all ages, shapes, and sizes. All abilities, genders, and spiritual backgrounds can benefit from these practices.” You can find out more about her Yoga for all approach here: bio.

Zoom

In March 2020, she pivoted her focus to offer Yoga in the comfort of your own home, with live Private Yoga Sessions via Zoom. She enjoys teaching Chair Yoga as well as traditional mat-based yoga poses and her specialty is a form of guided meditation called Yoga Nidra.
