What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation technique. Amrit Yoga Nidra is based on some of the most ancient teachings of Yoga. At the same time, it’s one of the easiest ways to meditate. You just invite your body to be still and follow the instructions as best as you can! This is an ancient technique that will melt away stress & heal you at all levels as you relax & re-set.

We usually do Yoga Nidra in a reclined position. Before we go into the Yoga Nidra practice, we’ll take a few minutes to make sure that you have all the props you need for your body to be comfortable for about 30-45 minutes. You may also be set up in a supported seated position. Everyone can do Yoga Nidra!
