Relax your mind, restore your body, rejuvenate your spirit. Amrit Yoga is a practice of Meditation in Motion. In Janie Ganga’s group classes, we use Yoga Poses (Asanas) as a way to connect with our body. Adaptations for Asanas are offered so that you’ll be able to find YOUR pose, in your body – just as it is right now. Janie Ganga teaches yoga for people of every shape & size and all levels of yoga experience – from complete beginner to advanced.
